We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order of indoor sports equipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging (especially important for delicate equipment like dartboards or table football tables)
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Note: Due to the specialized nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Custom or personalized items (such as engraved dart stems or cue cases)
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened packages of consumable items (like dart flights)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange of your indoor sports equipment:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage your item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. For large items like pool tables or outdoor tables, special arrangements will be made.

Refund Information
