Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain restricted areas in Asia and remote regions.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (critical for delicate equipment)
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom/personalized items (engraved dart stems, cue cases)
  • Products marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened consumables (dart flights, dart stems)

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Repackage securely with all original materials. For large items (pool tables, outdoor tables), we’ll arrange special handling

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable (except for our errors)

Damaged or Defective Items
